Niñas Pro
[ Code of Conduct ]
At Niñas Pro we value the safety and integrity of everyone who takes part, and we strive for an inclusive community. For this reason we will not tolerate harassment by members of the Niñas Pro team or by participants in courses and events organized by or associated with Niñas Pro, nor will we tolerate it in online activities.
This Code of Conduct was created to clearly define what we consider a community free of harassment and discrimination; everyone who participates in Niñas Pro activities is expected to comply with our Code of Conduct.
We have zero tolerance for any form of harassment, and we expect all participants to act professionally and follow the community's social norms.
To foster an open environment, at Niñas Pro we commit to making participation in our project and community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body type, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
Forms of harassment and discrimination
Forms of harassment and discrimination include sexual language or imagery, sexist or racist jokes or any that imply negative discrimination, and acts that insult or belittle other attendees. These will not be accepted in any Niñas Pro activity. Other forms of harassment or discrimination include, but are not limited to: offensive comments, whether verbal or online, intimidation, stalking, and inappropriate physical contact.
If a participant is asked to stop any harassing behavior, they are expected to stop immediately, and the participant may be removed from the activity by Niñas Pro members.
In the unfortunate event that a community participant violates the Code of Conduct, it can be reported to Niñas Pro at contacto@ninaspro.cl, by direct message on Instagram @ninas_pro, or by speaking in person with any member of the Niñas Pro board.
In case of a report
All reports will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. A team member will approach anyone identified as engaging in harassing conduct and ask them to cease any inappropriate activity or to disconnect from our community immediately.
Additional details of specific enforcement policies may be posted separately. We reserve the right and responsibility to remove comments or other contributions that are not aligned with this Code of Conduct, or to temporarily or permanently ban any member for other conduct deemed inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.
Respect is essential for everyone, so if anyone feels uncomfortable or suspects someone's behavior, we ask them to approach one of the organizers and team members; we will handle the complaint with confidentiality and care. Witch hunts and blaming a person for someone else's actions are also considered a violation.
